Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, order processing, packing, and dispatch activities for Nonu Care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily inward and outward stock activities.

Receive, check, and properly store products and materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

Process and pack online/Shopify customer orders accurately.

Coordinate with courier partners for daily order dispatches.

Handle RTO, returns, damaged products, and replacement orders.

Ensure proper product labeling, packing, and dispatch documentation.

Track stock movement and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable, especially for products with expiry dates.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Coordinate with the customer support and sales teams regarding order issues.

Prepare daily/weekly warehouse and inventory reports.

Support stock audits and monthly inventory reconciliation.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations preferred.

Experience with e-commerce/Shopify orders is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple orders and meet dispatch deadlines.

Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

Experience in FMCG, healthcare, cosmetics, or D2C businesses is preferred.
