Job Description

 

  1. Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and ticketing systems as per business requirements.
  2. Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions to customer queries while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  3. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
  4. Participate in training sessions, feedback discussions, and performance improvement initiatives as required.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Days: 6 days per week.
  • Login Hours: 8 hours per day, including a 1-hour break, as per the applicable shift policy.
  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off.
  • Shift Timings: Day shifts for female employees and rotational shifts for male employees, subject to applicable laws and company policy.
