Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Daily lead follow-up and counselling activity.


  • Lead-to-admission conversion.
  • Monthly admission target achievement.
  • Timely updating of CRM and follow-up records.
  • Student/parent satisfaction.


Skills RequiredExcellent communication and convincing skills.


  • Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
  • Ability to understand students' requirements and guide them effectively.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/WhatsApp.
  • Good Hindi and English communication skills.


Qualification & Experience


  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in educational counselling, admissions, sales, or a related field preferred.
