Job Description
Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales & Journal voucher entries.
Bank reconciliation (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts receivable and payable.
Verify bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Prepare invoices and client billing.
Process staff salaries and maintain payroll records.
Maintain attendance and salary data.
GST, TDS, PF & ESIC data preparation and coordination with CA.
Track branch expenses and maintain expense reports.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Follow up on pending payments and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with branch staff and management.
Perform any other accounts and finance-related work assigned by the management.
