Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage our daily administrative operations. If you excel at data management, enjoy working behind the scenes, and possess strong computer skills, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately enter and update records, files, and transaction logs into our internal systems.
- Documentation: Organize, archive, and prepare company reports, invoices, and operational paperwork.
- Team Support: Provide reliable administrative backup to the sales, finance, and operations departments.
- Reporting: Create simple data summaries and MIS reports for management review.
What We Are Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (formulas/data tracking) and Word.
- Experience: [X] years of experience in data entry or administration.
- Core Strengths: Outstanding attention to detail, strong time-management, and high accuracy.
- Education: Graduate degree in any field (Commerce or Business preferred).
