Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to help manage the daily work of our boutique.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and help customers in the boutique.
Help customers choose products and answer their questions.
Manage customer orders and follow up with them.
Maintain stock and keep products properly arranged.
Coordinate with tailors, suppliers, and other team members.
Manage fittings, alterations, and deliveries.
Handle WhatsApp calls and messages from customers.
Help with billing and basic office work.
Keep customer details and order records updated.
Make sure the boutique is clean and well organized.
Help with daily boutique activities and support the owner/manager.
Handle customer requests politely and professionally.
Fashion or boutique experience is a must.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
