Quality Webs is an IT solutions and services company providing end-to-end technology solutions to businesses. Our offerings include IT hardware, software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, Microsoft 365, AI-based customized software, HRMS, CRM, inventory management, and other business automation solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team and help us expand our B2B client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and other channels.
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Meet potential clients and conduct product/service presentations and demos.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with technical and presales teams to understand and present solutions effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as IT Heads, Purchase Managers, HR Heads, Admin Managers, and Business Owners.
Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling IT products and services.
