Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Position SummaryAnand Jewels (Indore) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and hire quality candidates within defined timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate salary and communicate employment terms with selected candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities and onboarding documentation.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment MIS reports.
• Post and manage job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
