Kitchen Steward

Job Description:

We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented Steward to join Hotel Vaikuntha Stays. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining dining area standards, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Set and clear tables as per hotel standards.
• Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
• Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support other restaurant operations as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steward/Waiter in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn.
