Job DescriptionWe are looking for creative, energetic, and result-oriented candidates who can generate high-quality organic leads without depending on paid advertisements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate organic leads through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and other digital platforms.
• Develop and execute organic lead generation strategies.
• Identify potential customers through social media, online communities and professional networks.
• Work on SEO, content marketing and social media engagement.
• Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and inbound inquiries.
• Maintain lead databases and track lead quality, conversions and performance.
• Research new platforms and innovative methods for generating leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Candidate RequirementsFreshers: Good communication skills, creativity and willingness to learn digital marketing.
• Experienced: Practical knowledge of organic lead generation, SEO, social media marketing and lead conversion.
• Interns: Students or recent graduates interested in gaining practical marketing experience.
• Knowledge of AI tools, ChatGPT, Canva, Google Trends and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
