About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates to join our Sales & Client Relationship Management team. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and connect with potential customers.
• Open and manage Demat accounts.
• Promote Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• EligibilityGraduate candidates preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales can apply.
• Candidates with experience in Sales, Telesales, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Sales and target-oriented mindset.
• Client handling and relationship management skills.
• Interest in stock market and financial products.
• Ability to convince and engage customers.

CompensationFixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹15,000 per month
