Senior Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in MS Excel, data management, report preparation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Manage large volumes of data and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Create Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.

- Analyze data and generate meaningful insights for management.

- Maintain databases and ensure timely submission of reports.

- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.

Required Skills:

✅ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

✅ Strong command of Excel formulas, including:

- VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP

- INDEX & MATCH

- IF, IFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS

- IFERROR, AND, OR

- LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TEXT, CONCATENATE

- Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Conditional Formatting

- Data Validation, Sorting, Filtering, and Data Cleaning

- Dashboard creation and report automation

✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

✅ Ability to handle multiple reports and meet deadlines.
