Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and guide a team of 4–5 members, handle daily calling for loan and credit card leads, make client calls personally, generate and follow up on leads, assist clients throughout the loan/credit card process, ensure timely completion of applications and team tasks, achieve daily/monthly targets, and maintain regular performance and follow-up reports.
