Store Sales:

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Learning the prices of the products
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• High school degree

Field Sales:

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Executive to handle our CSD/Army Canteen business across Madhya Pradesh and Nagpur.

The candidate will be responsible for regularly visiting CSD canteens, meeting canteen managers, promoting our products, understanding their requirements and ensuring that demand is generated for our range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit CSD/Army canteens across assigned locations in MP and Nagpur.
• Meet and maintain professional relationships with canteen managers and concerned personnel.
• Present and promote our range of Philips grooming appliances and other electronic products.
• Understand product requirements and encourage appropriate product demand.
• Follow up on demands and coordinate with the office regarding the status of orders.
• Maintain regular records of canteen visits, discussions, requirements and follow-ups.
• Travel frequently as required for business development.
• Achieve assigned sales/demand-generation targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, electronics, distribution or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with extensive travelling.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
• Should be confident, presentable and good at building professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and reporting is required.
• Candidates from Jabalpur or nearby areas will be preferred.
