Accountant

Accountant – Jilani EnterprisesExperience: Minimum 1 year

Jilani Enterprises is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
• Handle cash and bank-related accounting entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts and payments.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Support the senior accountant/management with routine accounting and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred: Candidates with knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation will be preferred.
