About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Associate Sales Manager to join our Banca Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales through bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate insurance business through the Banca Channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers.
- Work closely with bank employees to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable insurance products.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain regular communication with the assigned bank branches.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Focus on customer retention and relationship management.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Experience in Banca Sales / Bancassurance will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Graduate preferred.
