Job Description

  • Handle customer billing, invoices, payments and daily cash records.
  • Maintain basic accounts, sales entries and payment records.
  • Attend incoming customer calls and respond professionally to WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Handle premium customers’ queries regarding orders, measurements, delivery and appointments.
  • Coordinate with the sales and tailoring teams for order updates.
  • Maintain customer records and provide a premium in-store customer experience.
  • Handle front-desk operations and daily reporting.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, computer operations and billing software.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience handling cash and digital payments.
  • Professional personality with polite telephone etiquette.
