Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating business opportunities and maintaining regular communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 250 outbound calls per day to potential/existing clients.
• Maintain approximately 2.3 hours of daily talk time.
• Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.
• Explain company products/services and generate business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
• Collect 2 required documents from clients as per the business process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client information.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
• Work towards achieving sales and business development goals.

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and daily targets.
• Target-oriented and confident candidates preferred.
