About the RoleThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for pitching Google Ads solution to `businesses, and converting prospects into active advertisers. The role focuses on merchant engagement, solution pitching, merchant onboarding, and revenue generation.

1. Key Responsibilities
2. Visit prospective merchants for Google Ads.
4. Understand the business requirements of merchants and pitch suitable Google Ads solution.
6. Demonstrate the benefits of digital advertising, including customer reach, visibility, and lead generation.
8. Convert interested prospects into paying customers through effective sales presentations and negotiation.
10. Support merchants in the onboarding process, including account setup and initial campaign activation.
12. Coordinate with the support teams to ensure smooth lead closure.
14. Achieve daily/weekly visit targets and monthly sales targets.
16. Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales updates, and merchant feedback in the CRM or reporting tracker.

1. Requirements
2. Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
3. Min. 2-3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or merchant onboarding.
4. Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies or ad sales
5. A basic understanding of digital advertising or Google Ads is preferred.
6. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to pitch solutions and close sales during face-to-face meetings.
8. Comfortable with daily field visits and target-driven sales roles.
9. Bike and Android Phone are mandatory (for travel & details capturing)
