Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product/service solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and share quotations, estimates, and order forms accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with customers and the production team to ensure orders are processed and delivered as committed.
  • Manage current clients, including regular follow-ups, order status updates, and resolving customer queries.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internally with production and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers and identify opportunities for repeat business
