Job Description
Handle cash, UPI, card and other customer payments.
Generate and manage bills accurately.
Maintain daily sales and cash records.
Verify opening and closing cash balance.
Handle refunds and payment discrepancies as per company policy.
Coordinate with the kitchen/juice counter for customer orders.
Maintain proper records of online and offline orders.
Ensure cash is deposited safely and handed over to management.
Provide polite and professional customer service.
Report any cash shortage, excess or billing issue immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter.
Follow all company SOPs and financial control procedures.
