Job Description
Sales Executive / Relationship Manager – Demat & Trading Accounts
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Relationship Manager to join our team and help acquire new clients for Demat and Trading account services.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with sales targets, and interested in the stock market and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, networking, references, and field activities.
- Acquire new clients and assist them with Demat & Trading account opening.
- Explain account features, brokerage plans, and available products/services to prospective clients in a clear and compliant manner.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and account-opening targets.
- Coordinate with the operations/KYC team to ensure smooth account-opening processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Participate in local marketing, client meetings, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, financial services, insurance, or stock broking preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls and meeting customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of the stock market is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in a sales/field-sales environment.
