Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Provide end-to-end customer support for all pre-sales and post-sales queries.

• Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage showroom activities and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain customer records, update databases, and document customer interactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Provide administrative support and assist with daily operational activities as required.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty.
