Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain daily business data in Excel, Google Sheets, and company software.
- Update product details, including product codes, SKUs, sizes, colours, prices, and stock quantities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, raw materials, finished garments, and accessories.
- Record and update customer orders, purchase orders, sales invoices, and dispatch details.
- Coordinate with the production, inventory, sales, and accounts teams to collect and verify information.
- Update product listings and stock details on the company’s e-commerce platform, including Shopify.
- Maintain vendor details, customer databases, and supplier records.
- Check data for errors, duplication, and missing information.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of business information.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with inventory management, billing, or ERP software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- ExperienceFreshers may apply if they have good computer skills.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Performance ExpectationsHigh accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
- Timely updating of inventory, orders, and product information.
- Proper maintenance of daily reports and documentation.
- Minimal data-entry errors and duplicate records.
- Timely coordination with relevant departments.
