Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Creative Branding Executive whose primary responsibility will be to build and strengthen the brand value of Across Engitech and its Management through digital marketing, social media, creative content, and professional brand communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and strengthen Across Engitech’s digital brand presence and market image.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube for company and management branding.
• Develop professional posts, creatives, brochures, presentations, reels, videos and brand content.
• Handle graphic designing, video editing and creative content creation.
• Create content showcasing company products, projects, achievements, expertise and success stories.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns for brand awareness, reach and B2B lead generation.
• Manage Google Ads / Meta Ads and monitor performance.
• Support Director/Management Personal Branding through professional content and social media.
• Manage website content, basic SEO, Google Business Profile and overall online presence.
• Coordinate with Sales Team for digital leads and branding-driven business opportunities.
• Track digital growth, engagement, reach and leads and prepare performance reports.
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities to improve company visibility and brand positioning.
• Required SkillsDigital Marketing & Social Media Management
• Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Video & Reel Editing – Premiere Pro / CapCut / VN
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Basic SEO & Analytics
• Creative Content & Copywriting
• Strong understanding of Branding & Visual Identity
• Good communication and creative thinking

Qualification & ExperienceQualification: Any Graduate / MBA Marketing / Digital Marketing Certification preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in Digital Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Graphic Designing or Video Editing. Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
