Job Description

Visit the field and approach potential customers/riders for 2-wheeler rental services.

Explain Zypp’s rental plans, pricing, features, and terms to customers.

Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable rental options.

Generate leads through field visits and convert leads into successful rentals.

Assist customers throughout the onboarding and rental process.

Complete required documentation and coordinate with the operations team.

Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers.

Address customer queries and provide basic support related to rental services.

Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, conversions, and customer onboarding.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly customer acquisition targets.

Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
