HR Recruiter – KRISHAZ

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

📍 Location: Jaipur

🕙 Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Monday to Saturday

🏢 Office Job Only | No Work From Home

We are looking for an active HR Recruiter to handle hiring and HR-related work for KRISHAZ Jewellery & Studio KRISHAZ.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Post jobs on Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals
• Source and call suitable candidates
• Screen candidates before interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Handle joining and onboarding formalities
• Assist with attendance, employee coordination and basic HR work
• Explore new recruitment sources and methods
• Support management with other HR, recruitment and office-related tasks as required

Note: These are the main responsibilities, but the job is not limited only to the duties listed above.

Recruitment Will Include

Office Jobs:

E-commerce, Shopify, Back Office, Sales, Accounts, HR, Customer Support

Creative Jobs:

Photographers, Videographers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Stylists, Content Creators

Jewellery & Production Jobs:

Karigars, QC Staff, Production Staff, Packing Staff, Inventory & Dispatch Staff

Recruitment Sources

Candidate sourcing may include:

Job Portals + Newspaper Ads + Instagram Posts + Instagram Ads + WhatsApp/Local Groups + Referrals + Local Networks + Other Suitable Sources

Requirements

• Good communication skills ( Hindi & English both )
• Comfortable making recruitment calls
• Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge
• Able to understand different job profiles
• Active, responsible and result-oriented
• Willing to learn and take additional responsibilities when required
• Flexible and comfortable working in a growing business environment

Previous HR / Recruitment experience preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment can also apply.
