Job Description
Position: Sandwich Line Crew
Job Description:
Responsible for assembling sandwiches and toasts as per standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines while maintaining speed, consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble sandwiches as per standard recipes and SOPs.
- Follow correct layering, portioning and plating standards.
- Maintain food hygiene and personal cleanliness.
- Keep the workstation clean and organised.
- Follow food safety, storage and FIFO guidelines.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain ingredient quality.
- Follow kitchen discipline and operational SOPs.
Requirements:
- QSR or kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Freshers welcome.
