Job Description
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell properties to prospective buyers. You'll be engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing suitable properties in line with their requirements. Your duties will include:Conducting market research and staying updated on real estate trends and pricing in the local market.Identifying potential leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.Arranging property viewings and guiding clients through the inspection process.Providing guidance to clients on the buying process, financing options, and legal requirements.Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.Collaborating with property developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
