Job Description

Must have- 1. 2–5 years in sales coordination / inside sales / tele-sales / CRM operations (B2B preferred).2. Hands-on comfort with a CRM and Excel / Google Sheets — can pull reports, filter, and spot missing data. 3. Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail — the kind of person who notices a lead went missing. 4. Good spoken Hindi for lead calls; workable English for reports and chats. 5. Clear, calm communication — this role coordinates between the Closer, FSR, Admin and the MD. Good to have 1. Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing or any product-selling B2B company. 2. Familiarity with IndiaMART and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) lead flows. 3. Experience making quotations or proforma invoices. 4. Basic ability to find and research prospects online (Google Maps, directories, social media).
