Job Description
• Coordinate with the sales team and clients for daily requirements. • Handle client inquiries and provide necessary information. • Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements. • Prepare and share quotations, order details, and other sales-related documents. • Maintain and update customer and sales records. • Coordinate with production, accounts, dispatch, and other departments for order status. • Track pending orders and ensure timely updates to clients and the sales team. • Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records. • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments when required. • Ensure proper communication between clients and the internal team. • Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
