Senior Project Manager – Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee, direct, and deliver high-impact projects from initiation through closure. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, schedule, and budgets, mitigate risks, and maintain strong stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Governance: Lead project planning, scoping, and lifecycle execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Direct cross-functional project teams, clear blockers, and foster accountability and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Scope & Schedule Management: Develop detailed project plans, track key milestones, manage scope changes, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Monitor project financials, optimize resource distribution, and report on budget performance.
