Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-groomed, and customer-focused

Store Sales Executive for our Jaipur kiosk at Pacific Mall. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to deliver a premium shopping experience to customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays and kiosk presentation.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash payments accurately.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Maintain kiosk cleanliness, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience: 6 months–2 years in retail sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a mall environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is an advantage.
