About the Role

Shareshaala is looking for experienced, confident, and target-oriented Student Counsellors / Telecallers to join our Work From Home team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with students who have shown interest in learning about the stock market, counsel them about our Free Stock Market & Financial Literacy Program, and help them enroll in the appropriate batch.

The role also includes guiding and assisting students with the KYC and Demat account opening process wherever required as part of their enrollment and onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact students through leads provided by the company.

• Understand students' interests and requirements.

• Counsel students about the Free Stock Market & Financial Literacy Program.

• Explain program details, batch schedules, and the learning process.

• Answer student queries and provide proper guidance.

• Follow up with interested students and complete their batch enrollment.

• Guide students through the required KYC and Demat account opening process.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and enrolled students.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

• Maintain daily calling activity and attendance.

• Attend Google Meet during working hours.

• Follow instructions and processes provided by the Team Leader and Management.

Eligibility

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer handling is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional Hindi communication is required.

• Good counselling and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.

• Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Must have a working laptop and reliable internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits

Target-Based Salary: ₹18,000/month

Performance Bonus: ₹4,000/month

Daily Cash Prize: Up to ₹500/day

Conversion Bonus: Up to ₹10,000/month

Total Earning Opportunity: Up to ₹35,000/month*

Additional performance incentives may be available based on individual performance and achievement of applicable targets.

Both monthly targets must be achieved to qualify for the applicable performance bonus and conversion bonus.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Break: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Google Meet attendance is mandatory during working hours.

• Daily attendance and work activity will be monitored.

• Minimum daily calling requirement: 180 minutes.

Daily Calling Policy

• 180 minutes or more: Full Day

• Below 180 minutes: Half Day

• Below 120 minutes: Leave

Work From Home Requirements

• Own Laptop – Mandatory

• Reliable Internet Connection – Mandatory

• Smartphone – Mandatory

• Suitable work environment at home

• Ability to attend Google Meet and make daily calls

Leave Policy

4 leaves per month as per company policy.

Important

This is primarily a Student Counselling and Free Batch Enrollment role.

The program offered to students is FREE. The counsellor's primary responsibility is to explain the program, counsel interested students, help them enroll in the relevant batch, and provide guidance during the KYC/Demat onboarding process wherever required.

Candidates should be comfortable with telecalling, student counselling, follow-ups, and target-based performance.

Important Note on Salary

₹35,000/month represents the maximum earning opportunity, including ₹18,000 target-based salary, ₹4,000 performance bonus, daily cash prizes, and up to ₹10,000 conversion bonus, subject to applicable eligibility, target achievement, and performance conditions.

This is a Work From Home, target-based Student Counselling position.
