Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Position: Telecalling & WhatsApp Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and communication-oriented candidate to handle customer calling, wholesale sales coordination and WhatsApp management for our women’s ethnic wear / kurti wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customers ko outbound calls karna aur products ki information dena.
- New & existing customers ko products, designs, collection aur pricing ke baare mein explain karna.
- Customers ko orders ke liye professionally follow-up aur convince karna.
- WhatsApp communication manage karna.
- Customers ko new designs ki photos, videos aur product details WhatsApp par share karna.
- Video calls par customers ko designs/collections showcase karna.
- All-India customers ke saath calling aur WhatsApp coordination karna.
- Customer enquiries aur follow-ups ka proper record maintain karna.
- Wholesale buyers ke saath professional relationship maintain karna.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi communication required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone calls.
- WhatsApp aur basic smartphone/computer handling ki knowledge.
- Sales-oriented approach aur customer ko deal karne ki ability.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Interview & Trial Process:
- Interview mein selection ke baad 3 days ka trial period hoga.
- First 3 days ka trial period unpaid hoga.
- 4th day se salary start hogi, provided the candidate continues with the job.

This is a Women’s Ethnic Wear / Kurti Wholesale Business role, mainly focused on Telecalling, Customer Follow-up, Wholesale Sales & WhatsApp Management.
