Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele-caller / Telesales Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, pricing and offers clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads through calling.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for further processing of leads.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain customer information and call details in CRM/Excel.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Required Skills
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
