Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated female candidate to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, and providing them with suitable financial solutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to discuss their loan needs and offer appropriate financial products.

Needs Assessment: Understand and analyze customers' financial requirements to recommend suitable loan options.

Application Assistance: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with customers to address any queries, provide updates, and ensure a smooth processing experience.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications in the company’s CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet targets and improve service quality.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, tele-sales, or a similar role is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Hindi and English; ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
