Job Description
- Contact provided leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings.
- Understand the prospect's business — industry, goals, current marketing, budget, and requirements.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities.
- Explain digital marketing services, such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website development, etc.
- Prepare/send proposals and quotations based on the client's requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Handle objections related to price, results, competitors, contracts, etc.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing/operations team after the client signs up to ensure proper onboarding.
