Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Production Supervisor at our petroleum spares manufacturing facility in Murbad. You will oversee shop floor activities, manage manpower, and ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* 

* Supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing shop floor.

* Manage shift schedules and assign tasks to operators/workers.

* Maintain quality control and ensure products meet technical specifications.

* Minimize downtime and troubleshoot basic machine layout or mechanical issues.

* Ensure discipline and adherence to health and safety standards.

* 

Desired Candidate Profile:

* 

* Qualification: Diploma or B.E./ in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

* Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven production supervision experience (experience in oil & gas or petroleum component manufacturing is a plus).

* Commute: Must reside in Murbad or surrounding local areas and own a bike for independent commuting.

* Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 2-shift rotational system.
