Housekeeping

Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas as per resort SOPs.

Make beds, replace linen, towels, amenities, and other guest supplies.

Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bed making, sweeping, sanitizing, and deep-cleaning activities.

Ensure all guest rooms are properly inspected and ready for arrival.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, walkways, recreation areas, and staff areas.

Handle housekeeping chemicals and cleaning equipment safely according to manufacturer instructions and SOPs.

Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, and safety hazards to the concerned department/supervisor.

Follow proper procedures for handling guest laundry, linen, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies.

Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and coordinate with the Front Office and other departments when required.

Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance at all times.

Follow resort standards for hygiene, sanitation, fire safety, chemical handling, and workplace safety.

Assist with special cleaning, deep-cleaning, VIP room preparation, and resort events when required.

Maintain adequate stock of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies in the assigned area.

Complete daily housekeeping checklists and report work status to the supervisor
