Job OverviewMyPustak.com is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, conversion tracking, SEO, and growth hacking. The ideal candidate must have executed live digital marketing projects and demonstrated measurable improvements in traffic, conversions, or customer acquisition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Manage performance marketing budgets, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Develop growth-hacking strategies to increase website traffic, sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Explore remarketing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and other growth channels.
• Required Skills & QualificationsHands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, and GTM.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion optimization.
• Experience running real-world campaigns or live growth-hacking projects with measurable results.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on campaign performance.
• Practical knowledge of landing page optimization, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
• Self-driven, analytical, and focused on measurable business outcomes.

Preferred CandidateCandidates who can demonstrate successful live projects, campaign dashboards, case studies, or measurable growth results will be preferred over candidates with only theoretical knowledge or certifications.
