Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on orders.
  •  Prepare sales reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate.
  • Proven experience in sales or field sales roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

 

Salary: 15k to 20 k
