Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and preferably experience in a BPO / Contact Centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR data.
- Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
- Work closely with Operations and Team Leaders.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- BPO / Contact Centre experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
