Job Description

Ayan Chakraborty Classes is seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, support faculty, and ensure smooth execution of teaching plans. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, academic understanding, and a passion for student success.

  • Key Responsibilities:Coordinate between teachers, students, and management
  • Plan academic schedules, timetables, and class allocations
  • Monitor lesson progress and syllabus completion
  • Ensure quality teaching standards and academic discipline
  • Assist in preparing worksheets, assessments, and study plans
  • Track student performance and maintain academic records

Handle student/parent communication regarding academics

Support teachers with resources and academic planning

  • Maintain smooth day-to-day academic operations
