Job Description
Accounts Executive – Job DescriptionDesignation: Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Maintain bank reconciliation and cash records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Handle employee TA/DA claims and expense verification.
- Assist in salary processing and financial documentation.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
