Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
- Promote the venue for corporate parties, private events, group bookings, and special occasions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Track sales performance, maintain client databases, and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
