Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, field visits and other approved channels.
Generate qualified leads and convert suitable prospects into clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, business associates and eligible referral partners.
Explain Vian Capital's available financial services using approved company information and materials.
Arrange client meetings, presentations and follow-up activities.
Achieve assigned monthly business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings and business progress in the CRM or reporting system.
Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams for documentation and client support.
Prepare daily activity reports and periodic business development updates for management.
Follow company policies, client confidentiality requirements and applicable financial regulations.
