Eclick is expanding its team and looking for a Website Consultant(Sales).

✅ Shift: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

✅ Location: Kolkata - Onsite

✅ Experience - 6months and above

✅ Salary: Competitive hike on last drawn salary

✅ Candidates with International BPO / International Voice Process experience can apply

✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in Website Sales / Website Consulting is preferred

✅ Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, or Digital Services Sales will be an added advantage.

Job Overview - We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Website Consultant who will be responsible for understanding client requirements and recommending suitable website solutions. The candidate will interact with potential clients, explain website services, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities·

Identify and reach out to potential clients who require website development or redesign services.

· Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate website solutions.

· Explain website packages, features, pricing, and timelines to clients.

· Conduct consultations through calls, emails, or meetings.

· Coordinate with the design and development team to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

· Stay updated with latest trends in web design, development, and digital solutions.

· Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of websites, domains, hosting, and basic digital marketing concepts.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

· Good negotiation and convincing ability.

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress), and website structure will be an advantage.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

· Prior experience in website consulting, web sales, or IT services sales preferred.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in B2B sales.

· Familiarity with CRM tools.

· Understanding of SEO, website design, and digital marketing services.
