Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and organized Part-Time Coordinator to support our chess training program for kids. The ideal candidate will assist in scheduling classes, communicating with parents, and coordinating with chess coaches to ensure smooth operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Coordinate class schedules between trainers and students.
  • Communicate with parents regarding class timings, feedback, and progress.
  • Manage student attendance and maintain records.
  • Handle basic admin work like follow-up calls, WhatsApp updates, and fee reminders.
  • Support trainers during classes (online or offline) when needed.
  • Promote the program through local outreach or social media (optional but preferred).
  • Requirements:Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer/mobile knowledge (Google Meet/Zoom, Excel/WhatsApp)
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Prior experience in working with children or in an education setting is a plus
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
