Female Support Executive – Muzn IT

We build enterprise software for businesses in the Gulf and India. We are seeking a confident, well-organised Support Executive with excellent English to support our office operations and marketing activities and ensure smooth client communication.

What You'll Do

• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and company profiles using Canva.
• Create clear, professional presentations (Canva / PowerPoint) for clients and internal use.
• Write professional emails, proposals, and business correspondence in polished English.
• Handle business follow-ups with clients and leads by email and phone, and keep track of responses.
• Support customer queries and coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
• Maintain simple records of follow-ups, leads, and marketing materials.

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and spoken English (very important).

- Hands-on experience with Canva and presentations.

- Strong email writing and follow-up skills.

- Well organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Graduate in any stream with 2+ years of relevant experience.

- Immediate joining.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month, which can increase based on experience.

Computer Skills: Expert-level computer skills, especially in data analysis (MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, reports and basic data interpretation) and MS Office.
